This is for a small handout that we gave to our Lifegroup members at church. It's called a "Prayer Map" (I'll explain later).

Done in 1280x1024 res. This was an attempt to make something look "parchmenty" for lack of better words or like a scroll (I added the seal for more of a scroll like look. The inside has a world map (just a vector shape, then texturized to give it a sense of depth/realism).

What really made this project hard is the fact that the outside of the handout is supposed to be folded on the ends to make it meet in the middle. ...so obviously it looks jacked up at first glance, but it was the only way to get the look just right when you folded the paper together.

As usual, I've included both the inside and outside of the handout in the psd file. You'll see them organized into 2 different color-coded folders, and then you'll have the different organizational folders for each of the sides (fonts, grunge, burns, wax seal, etc.) so that you'll be able to more quickly move around through the file.

EXPLANATION OF A PRAYER MAP:
- Some of you might not know what a prayer map is...I didn't either until our Discipleship pastor asked me to do this.
The idea is, you write down people in the different quadrants and pray for them daily. You'll come into contact with people you work with, or your family, so this is a way to remind you to pray for them.
...I hope that is a satisfactory explanation. I'm probably not doing it justice.
